Work you'll do

  • Actively integrate and participate in technological consultancy projects, with the possibility of coordinating and supervising teams
  • Autonomously plan, execute and/or coordinate the activities to be carried out in the elaboration of the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream
  • Responsibly manage daily relationships with the client in accordance with their sphere of activity
  • Specification of business or technical requirements for Core Banking solutions (like Mambu, ThoughtMachine, Finxact, Temenos T24 cloud or Fiserv DNA)
  • Ensuring coordination between the technical and functional teams within the scope of transformation projects in the digital Banking space
  • Design of technical solutions in Core Banking solutions

Our Core Industry Solutions practice encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of the business. Examples of the type of work we deliver to our clients includes Digital CARE (Epic), Insurance CST (Guidewire), and Digital Banking Solutions (nCino).

Our Digital Banking Solutions practice encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of the business.

The team brings experience from across Deloitte to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions by industry strategy. Professionals will focus on key client issues that are at the core of the business by integrating our industry expertise with deep technical and operational transformation capabilities.

Built on the backs of our digital banking practice and decades supporting clients of all scale making the hard decisions of who to partner with, where to start, and how improve time to value. You can't solve today's challenges by focusing on single layer (experience, cloud, core) nor on a single vendor partner - so we've built an ecosystem solution that has the hard parts of integration, data standards, and core configuration already developed to enable banking solutions. We do this by plugging in fintech partners and existing capabilities (e.g., cards, BSA-AML.) from a single framework that allows our clients launch new propositions at speed.

Qualifications

Digital Banking Sr. Solution Specialist are required to have:

  • Education in the areas of Engineering, Management, Mathematics, or similar relevant professional experience between 2 and 7 years in technology projects, preferably in the financial sector - Banking & Capital Markets
  • Professional consulting experience as well as experience working in multi-geography environments are an asset
  • Autonomy, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Communication skills, interpersonal relationships, critical thinking, and teamwork
  • Organization and results orientation
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Professional experience in transformation projects in the financial sector - Banking
  • Experience in implementing Core Banking solutions
  • Knowledge of the software development processes

In addition, a successful Digital Banking Sr. Solution Specialist will have the following preferred background:

  • Experience Core Banking solutions is considered an asset (Mambu CBS, Finxact or ThoughtMachine and or Temenos T24 cloud core)
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (JAVA, .NET), SQL, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Salesforce or DevOps
  • Knowledge of leading integration (iPaas) platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, APIgee, etc.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 10% annually
