We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.**What you will do:**+ Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategy with suppliers and regions/divisions+ Forecast price and market trends to identify changes and financial risk+ Develop and maintain productive business relationships with US and international fertilizer producers/distributors+ Maintain understanding of domestic and global market supply options and pricing trends+ Communication regularly with internal general managers regarding market fundamentals, pricing, outlooks, and purchase recommendations+ Negotiate and manage vendor performance programs+ Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategy with suppliers and regions/divisions+ Attend and present fertilizer market outlook at regional sales meeting and budgets+ Manage weekly supply/demand forecast for each division+ Work with Operational Accounting to track program payments and allocate payments to the regions/divisions+ Work with Accounts Payable department to maximize cash flow+ Review supplier contracts with legal department+ Work with regional/divisional managers to identify new market opportunities**What you will bring:**+ Bachelors degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of+ 12+ years of relevant work experience required+ International and domestic understanding of nitrogen fertilizer market+ SAP proficiency preferred**Compensation & Benefits:**Salary Range: $96,000 - $156,000. This range is estimated for the Senior Procurement Manager position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
