Accountant Manager - Controlling and Reporting Accounting

Do it here.What youll be doing...Youll be working on our global accounting consolidation including running the close, master data governance, and reporting. Youll act as a subject matter expert on key accounting systems and give advice to your team members and colleagues. And when weve got a big project within Consolidations, well look to you to run it. Come help us keep our Finance team running better every day.+ Handling the ledger close process including coordination with others teams and systems.+ Compiling and reporting accurate financial data by managing master data elements and legal entity hierarchies.+ Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across the consolidations team.+ Running complex projects for the function to improve efficiency and accuracy.+ Acting as a subject matter expert on significant and unique transactions and multiple accounting systems.What were looking for...Youre diligent, organized, and on top of the detailsyour projects run like clockwork. You can look at the big picture and see how the pieces fit together. You can coordinate multiple initiatives like a conductor leads an orchestra. And you know accounting, especially consolidations, like the back of your hand.Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Knowledge of FASB, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and consolidations.Even better if you have one or more of the following:+ A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, especially an MBA.+ CPA certification (or are in the process of getting certified).+ Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.+ Knowledge of accounting systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, CPM/Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, or Blackline.+ Experience designing and implementing accounting systems, conducting root cause analysis, and working on continuous improvement projects.+ Understanding of report query and design.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
