Do it here.What youll be doing...This opportunity is for Military personnel who are current participants of Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021.This position is responsible for supporting and driving the compliance, completion and communication of large Territory initiatives. You will be the conduit to assist in the communication between the Network Submarkets, Territory, HQ and Leadership.+ Using Project Management tools, you will work with multiple Teams and departments to lead multiple complex and/or high impact projects to completion on time and on budget. Examples of these projects include 5G MMW, 5G Nationwide, Licensed Sub 6GHz, CBRS and SNAP.+ Provide guidance and project direction for cross-departmental teams across the entire Network organization.+ Maintain high customer satisfaction (both internal and external) through successful and timely project management.+ Collaborate and guide internal and external vendors to meet targeted network milestones and integration dates.+ Successfully interface with multiple levels of the business and management.+ Support corporate initiatives for engineering and ensure adherence to network engineering standards.+ Coordinate and lead project meetings to keep the team abreast of overall status, changes, risks and major milestones.+ Provide regular status reports and management reports.+ Escalate issues and crash project plans when necessary to keep schedules on-track.+ Establish contingency plans as needed throughout the duration of all projects.+ Coordinate Lessons Learned post-mortem discussions to document and improve efficiencies of similar projects going forward.+ Anticipate future workload and prepare accordingly.+ Recognize impact of decisions upon the rest of the organization and projects.+ Translate functional/operational goals into team goals and be accountable for project results.+ Engage in group activities, establish and modify processes as needed to meet new challenges, demonstrate original thinking, openness to change and alternative solutions.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Must be a current participant of Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021.+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Four or more years of relevant work experience.+ Technical experience in the cellular telecommunications industry.+ Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed.Even better if you have:+ A degree in Project Management, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering.+ Excellent Project Management skills and experience managing and driving complex, high dollar, high visibility projects.+ PMP Certification.+ Strong analytical, financial and technical skills.+ Persuasive Communication Skills Highly refined and successful verbal and written communications skilled.+ Ability to present ideas in a logical, compelling manner in both small and large group settings; be courteous, while persistent, in sharing and collecting information.+ Expert knowledge of Project Management Tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
