Chubb is seeking a Global Employee Experience Program Manager to lead new people programs across the enterprise (including measuring employee engagement, improving the on-boarding experience, facilitating plans towards Chubb’s workplace of the future, and digitizing HR technologies). This role is critical in shaping Chubb’s culture and delivering scalable talent solutions that equate to true business value.

The ideal candidate is able to exhibit strong attention to detail as well as strong collaboration and communication skills within the organization and with external partners. The right person will work closely with multiple cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams; strong matrix management and relationship management skills will be critical.

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Design and implement EX programs: Design, iterate, and launch programs and initiatives by identifying needs, securing resources, and prioritizing work. This will include project planning and execution, communication, and coordination.
  • Digital Talent Marketing: Collaborate with Global Communications, Digital Marketing and COE’s to ensure we are continuously positioning our employment brand favorably (internally and externally) and demonstrating agility within the marketplace based on supply/demand of talent.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders: Collaborate across the full HR Operations team, other departments within the company and external partners. You’ll develop successful cross-functional relationships and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
  • Translate metrics into impact: Partner closely with HR Analytics and Global Head of EX to demonstrate the impact of our programs, how employees are experiencing them and iterate to maximize impact
  • Subject matter expertise and training: Bring subject matter expertise in talent attraction, development and retention. Support continuous upskilling of the HR function.
  • Project Management: Maintain project management best practices to include thorough documentation, capture lessons learned, and effective knowledge management.
