The Manager for Compliance Systems acts as a subject matter expert for Compliance systems and related processes, data and reporting. The role will provide business user support, training and education in order to effectively utilize the system. The role will support the global Compliance department strategy, enable business results, and effectively manage risk across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Support the development and implementation of processes, systems, and technologies to meet operational requirements, informed by global and local impact

  • Serve as Point of Contact / Subject Matter Expert for Compliance systems

  • Provide end user support, user training, triage user inquiries and serve as escalation point for unresolved system and process issues (e.g., manage workflows & configuration)

  • Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing for compliance systems

  • Contribute to a sustainable support model, through the use of tools and analytics

  • Support business requests for continuous improvement and provide ways to prioritize requests

  • Translate business requirements into executable plans of action, including system and process enhancements

  • Understand technology infrastructure and work collaboratively with IS partners

  • Support the use of data to develop meaningful, actionable insights critical to business users

  • Participate in continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in business processes

  • Ensure functionality is validated and technical issues are resolved prior to system and technology launches

  • Raise awareness of the compliance program and promote accountability for ethics and integrity

  • Participate in other Compliance department activities as needed

What you need:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of prior work experience required

  • Experience managing technology projects and end user support desired

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the required elements of effective Compliance programs

  • Demonstrates a level of critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail

  • Able to develop solutions based on best practices and customer feedback

  • Demonstrates ability to build trusted relationships

  • Possesses problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to drive great results

  • Able to influence activity and use sound judgement within all areas of responsibility

  • Demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Able to embrace and support change in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Manage a high volume of work in a timely manner

  • Expected to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrates effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
