What you’ll be doing...

We’re looking for a growth oriented professional to bring passion, creativity and innovation to our growing Inside Sales Marketing Team. As the Senior Manager of Inside Sales Digital Marketing for Verizon Business Group, you will be a critical driver in our effort to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. You will lead a multi-channel, multi-faceted team of Inside Sales Demand Generation Managers that is focused in an agile testing and learning environment. You and your team will develop a plan and engage resources cross-functionally to ensure a timeline is met and obstacles are overcome all the while uncovering net new opportunities to scale.

  • Lead Demand Generation programs tailored to inside sales inbound for all segments of Verizon Business Group, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget levels, and measuring results.
  • Primary growth acceleration advisor who leads a group of marketing core team test leads to test and learn whitespace as well as optimize current functions for improved output.
  • Develop strategies for both acquiring and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all segments including email, webinars, partners, paid programs and virtual events, as examples.
  • Proactively partner with our sales teams and sales development managers to ensure seamless interactions for prospects.
  • Ensure world-class quality of any marketing materials that are produced, including web content, webinars, events, white papers, ROI studies, ads, graphics, and videos.
  • Manage and mentor a world-class team of demand generation professionals to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Identify new revenue generating tests and growth opportunities for faster growth and incremental revenue streams.
  • Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results.

What we’re looking for...

You look beyond just the marketing domain to help drive analytical insights that help the company expand and target key market segments, drive pipeline velocity and contribute to the company’s overall go to market strategy.
You’ll need to have:

  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing.
  • Three or more years of people management experience.
  • Experience in marketing automation.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Experience in Agile or Business Transformation projects.
  • Experience in Inside Sales Marketing.
  • Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution.
  • Analytically-driven decision maker, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects for different stakeholders, often in rapid-response or high-pressure situations.
  • Highly creative with a commitment to innovation and experimentation.
  • Collaborative and open to developing new skills as needed.
