What you’ll be doing...

The Demand Generation Manager has end-to-end responsibility for development and execution of SMB programs and is highly focused on generating leads from website conversions, content syndication and webinar programs to drive marketing revenue. In this role, you will work with Sales, CMO, PR, Product and Field Marketing to deploy content across each stage of the buyer’s journey and across all segments. You will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of content programs, demand generation testing strategy, analytics and reporting on engagement across all tactics with the end goal of driving leads and revenue.

  • Developing and executing strategy focused on creating clear and engaging content (blog posts, eBooks, reports, webinars, etc.) that is consistent with the company’s brand image with the end goal of driving leads and revenue.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs through analyzing and interpreting key metrics/reports, recommending corrective action, and ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
  • Maturing existing webinar and content syndication programs; testing new vendors and platforms, identifying new content topics, measuring, and reporting out on KPIs, testing sales follow up process improvements.
  • Developing a solid understanding of product portfolio, target audience, buyer’s journey, key pain points and sales process.
  • Managing content creation process through internal or external agencies by identifying strategy and direction for each piece, developing creative briefs, obtaining deliverables, and distributing to the proper channels.
  • Proactively engage with the different marketing and sales organizations to communicate initiatives and optimize the impact of related activities.
  • Managing calendar, budget, and vendor relationships – including onboarding, contract negotiations, payment processing, etc. with complete decision-making authority.
  • Identifying and executing on opportunities to improve conversions from the website by analyzing results and working closely with the Digital teams, capitalizing on SEO traffic and trends.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Experience with content strategy and project management.
  • Experience with website analytics/reporting and lead management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Master's degree, ideally an MBA.
  • Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Technology or telecom experience.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation strategy; preferably in content syndication or webinars.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well across the integrated marketing team.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to navigate, influence, manage and lead cross-functional teams without direct line supervision.
