The A&H Marketing & Communications Manager has responsibility for ensuring that the North American A&H Division is well represented through content and communications to drive growth and new business opportunities and establish Chubb as a thought leader in this space. The role provides strategic leadership in marketing and brand management across marketing collateral, white papers, social media posts and presentations. The A&H Marketing and Communications Manager works closely with senior leadership, sales and underwriting while collaborating across other Chubb business units for consistency and cross-sell purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the Accident & Health Marketing and Communications team (one direct report currently).
  • Work with key product and distribution leaders (product, sales, underwriting and home office) to develop marketing strategies for A&H (Retail, Affinity, Leisure Travel) to drive growth in target business segments.
  • Develop and execute strategies to create a comprehensive A&H marketing plan including, marketing material, thought leadership initiatives, internal and external presentations and advertising campaigns for both existing and new product releases.
  • Drive innovation and lead discussions with product and underwriting on proposed content initiatives.
  • Position Chubb A&H in the competitive landscape to optimize its capabilities and value proposition.
  • Work with Segment leaders, Underwriting and Sales team to develop a cohesive marketing plan. Collaborate with other Chubb business units to identify opportunities to leverage existing producer relationships and similar market segments/industry initiatives.
  • Adhere to marketing budget and provide timely deliverables.
  • Ensure activities are compliant with relevant regulatory obligations.
