What you’ll be doing...

As a senior product manager, you will partner across the Robotics Business Group (RBG) to develop and lead the strategy and execution of our data and analytics product line. You will work with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners to understand requirements for data-driven insight, and how RBG solutions can best meet those needs. Internally, you’ll work with engineering to develop and ship value to meet customer requirements. You’ll need a strong understanding of the current market and solutions for drone, AMR, or IOT-based data processing, mapping, modeling and analytics. As a product manager, running organized projects and communicating effectively are also key to doing this job well.

  • Leverage a business mindset and customer engagement to identify and vet product line differentiation and “best in class” opportunities, as well as integration opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead the feature lifecycle from idea to shipped code, in partnership with UX and Engineering.
  • Maintain multi-year product roadmap in collaboration with product, strategy, and engineering leaders.
  • Facilitate the agile process based on principles, maintain a groomed backlog, and track work for one or more Engineering teams.
  • Prioritize and implement roadmap features and defects in partnership with other RBG product managers.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of product management experience in a related data & analytics domain.
  • Experience in agile practices.
  • Experience working on embedded and /or SaaS products.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with multiple agile methods.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire to learn new skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to embrace change and work in an iterative development environment.
  • A track record of turning ambiguity into business and customer value.
  • A toolkit of concepts and mental models around decision making and strategic thinking.
  • An understanding of the theory of Jobs to be Done.
  • A thoughtful approach to decision making.
