Financial Reporting Manager, Corporate Segment
Scope:
This role will report to the AVP of Finance. The role will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the global personnel database, in addition to leading enterprise-wide initiatives that coordinate activities with other Chubb functional managers and officers. The role will be responsible for supporting all analysis and accounting relating to ongoing personnel activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and maintenance of the global personnel database, including validation and reporting for enterprise-wide initiatives
- Key point of contact for US based Global HR leadership and other members of the senior management team.
- Consolidate information from various sources into database
- Monitor personnel movement to ensure savings actualization
- Ad-hoc analysis
- Quarterly accounting and reporting around benefit plans, including pension and non-qualified retirement plans
- Review key control activities, journal entries and account reconciliations
- Primary contact for External Audit/Internal Audit
- Accountable for three US based ERISA retirement plans audits
- Financial statement preparation and review
- Primary contact for External Audit, TPAs and Chubb HR Officers
- Support other projects as needed
