- Support an HR Transformation effort for a client near Louisville, KY
- Provide human capital expertise to address and solve client issues
- Manage and lead a team of Deloitte practitioners, supporting both day-to-day management responsibilities as well as professional development and growth

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business-related discipline
- Ten years of professional experience in project/program management, business analysis, training, and/or human capital
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Preferred:
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Federal sector experience
