What You Will Do:

  • The Manager of Data Analytics leads and develops the Data Analytics team in successfully developing and implementing comprehensive tools and strategies that allow data insights to be converted into strategic opportunities.
  • Develops, analyzes, visualizes and models Real World Evidence, clinical and medical device data.
  • Manage subordinates in professional jobs or manage through subordinate managers / supervisors and is a leader of process that achieves results through others, who are not direct reports.

What You Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Sciences, Applied Sciences, or related fields.
  • 8 years of analytics experience.
  • At least 2 years of management experience or a proven history of leadership experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharma industry.
  • Proficiency with one or more enterprise BI technologies. (Microsoft Power BI – preferred, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Oracle BI.)
  • Programming experience with “R” or Python.

Colorado Equal Pay Act guidance document

Effective Date: July 1, 2021

Note: These standards will be in effect from July 1, 2021 and going-forward. We will not be amending roles that were posted prior to this date.

Colorado Equal Pay Act requirements: Companies must include information on pay & benefits for job postings that will be in Colorado or could be in Colorado. This includes roles that require a “modest” amount of travel to Colorado.

Templated job posting language has been created for sales and non-sales roles in Colorado and for remote roles to ensure compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay act. FAQs can be found at the end of this document.

Action required: TABPs must utilize templated language at the bottom of the job description field for job postings effective July 1st for:

  • Colorado based roles
  • Roles with “modest” travel to Colorado
  • Remote roles (containing language to exclude Colorado candidates)
  • Remote roles (if you choose to include Colorado candidates)

Role definitions:

  • Remote – Role allows candidate to work 100% virtually from home without any set territory or proximity required. These roles could have travel expectations, and candidate must work within the country of the job requisition location. Language excluding Colorado should be included OR comp needs to be added specific to Colorado.
    • Example: National Account Manager (Customers may be based across the US and primary location is not designated)

  • Field-Based – Role has a set territory or expectation to travel to customer locations within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles will likely be qualified as field-based.
    • This includes field-based service roles (MPS, Onsite Specialist, etc.).
