What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing program management support to integrate the full portfolio of global applications with ERP implementation efforts while deploying the SAP solution across a specified business, ensuring a complete ecosystem approach.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide enterprise-level program management support during ERP implementation activities for all global applications across all phases of deployment (early engagement through hypercare)

  • Partner with IT PMO to support all relevant funding and resource requirements for global applications

  • Partner with all global non-ERP applications (e.g., Salesforce, Experian, SWIFT) that interface with ERP to establish close relationships and a deep understanding of system interdependencies

  • Collaborate with release program managers and other members of deployment-specific release teams to align global application timelines and efforts to the ERP deployment schedule

  • Drive planning, execution and tracking of all global application deliverables and ensure alignment with ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, scope confirmation, design lock, solution build, test completion, training delivery, technical release, deployment and hypercare

  • Ensure close and continuous alignment of global application project plans with the ERP deployment schedule; escalating risks and resolutions where necessary

  • Hold global application build leads and related resources accountable for delivery of their respective tasks and activities

  • Proactively identify, actively manage and track/status all risks and issues for global applications related to ERP implementation

  • Manage global application scope through change requests. Assess impact to scope, schedule and cost and communicate with key stakeholders. Drive strong adherence to scope control.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation per the Accelerate playbook and current global IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. Act as liaison between IT PMO and Accelerate program to map deliverables and activities.

  • Partner with the release team, IS governance and ERP program PMO to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX and PM standards

  • Support program guiding principles; drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary) with no customizations

  • Provide detailed status of current state of various work packages for the entire suite of global applications and highlight key areas of concern to the program leadership. In addition, provide periodic updates to stakeholders at various levels – Deployment group sponsors and program sponsors

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • PMP certification preferred

  • 8+ years work experience required

  • Has a proven record of managing successful projects. Experience leading successful large projects across multiple functions and locations

  • Experienced in ERP Methodologies preferably both traditional waterfall as well more agile approaches

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management

This job may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado
