Job Summary:

Meet and exceeding sales objectives for a specifically defined territory. Represent Stryker as an industry/market leader by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Act as a liaison between Stryker Corporation and customer hospitals and/or physicians. Present and work on special projects that help penetrate the current marketplace. Learn and coach others in the processes, products and programs available through Stryker. May oversee the daily work of Sales Associates and Sales Representatives. Build and maintain effective business relationships and develop and implement sales strategies that result in increased sales throughout the assigned territory. Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.

The primary responsibility of the Key Accounts Program Manager will be to review, identify, and manage clinical opportunities in the Key Accounts segment to increase utilization at existing IDN accounts.
Additional responsibilities of the Key Accounts Program Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate and execute clinical education programs in IDNs designed to increase utilization in Key Accounts, including roadshows, cadaveric labs, and educational programs in collaboration with Joint Replacement sales reps and local Joint Replacement management

  • Assist in reviewing IDN business segment and provide analytics on Mako Programs, including incorporating local program information from the Mako team and Joint Replacement sales management

  • Assist in conducting and managing Quarterly Business Reviews with local Joint Replacement teams and management, including developing recovery plans, and tracking clinical and marketing activities in Key Accounts

  • Utilize market analytics and advanced targeting tools to develop targeted growth plans in Key Accounts

  • Identify growth opportunities in low utilization IDN markets, including developing new surgeon targets, coordinate and collaborate with marketing plans to agitate the selling opportunities in low penetration IDN markets

  • Partner with marketing services group to develop necessary marketing tools for program development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Makoplasty certification in all three applications

  • 3 years experience as a Makoplasty Specialist

  • Preferred experience with training/managing Makoplasty team

  • 10 years operating room experience in an orthopedic surgical environment
