What you’ll be doing...

As part of the Offer Management Team, you will be responsible for developing, project managing, and gaining approval for various large complex solutions for Verizon Partner Solutions (VPS) customers. This function is critical to growing and preserving revenue by delivering unique commercial agreements that optimize a full portfolio made up of core products as well as facilitate migration to strategic products such as: Ethernet, IP, Mobility and Cloud Services.

  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities to offer a custom agreement to a customer(s) that meet customer requirements and support VPS objectives to grow top line revenue.
  • Analyze customer data and pricing to shape the strategy for the best package of options that work for the customer and VPS.
  • Develop the business cases that consider all aspects of a proposed deal for full finance approval through the EMR (Executive Management Review) process.
  • Lead negotiations with the customer, in partnership with the VPS Sales team.
  • Quickly evaluate customer requests and counter-proposals.
  • Continually work to find solutions that close gaps by articulating Verizon’s positions externally, while working with internal partners to find alternate ways to meet customer needs.
  • Partner with legal team to ensure deal contracts are completed properly.
  • Work with Sales and the customer to ensure contract language reflects deal approved and agreed to with customer.
  • Establish process for managing any special terms of the deal over the life of the contract.
  • Continue as the subject matter expert for any questions pertaining to a deal you close over the course of the contract

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Financial Modeling experience.
  • Record of success project managing large deals in the Wholesale or Enterprise segments.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • A degree.
  • Ability to effectively present business cases to Senior Leadership Team.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and support VPS strategy.
