What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of at least one pillar of the Verizon Digital Twin product. You will cross-functionally oversee and orchestrate a team of Architects, Data Scientists, Data and Machine Learning Engineers, and coordinate with other groups such as Data Governance, Legal and Privacy in order to build a revolutionary AI-centric product that drives significant value for Verizon, both in terms of efficiencies and revenue opportunity.

  • Participate in developing the strategy and vision for the Artificial Intelligence and Data group at Verizon and build product roadmap and feature backlogs.
  • Plan and implement initiatives that lead to increased user signups, engagement and retention.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and market intelligence as it applies to digital twin concepts in a telecommunications environment.
  • Define and own key performance metrics relating to adoption, quality, and value realized.
  • Drive innovation and set product direction for growth through quantitative data analysis and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Write clear, concise product specifications for the team to work from.
  • Gather and translate market trends and feedback into successful product initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, finance, marketing and executive teams to optimize and improve product features and bring the product to life.
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of delightful consumer experiences.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners.
  • Communicate product benefits to customers, end users, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company.
  • Implement and utilize metrics dashboards for key product and feature decisions

Where you'll work:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in a product management role.
  • Knowledge of big-data systems, machine learning and/or AI.
  • Experience working with data, including extraction, analysis and A/B testing.
  • Experience with cross-functional Agile development environments.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or comparable experience.
  • MBA or similar as an optional advanced/supplemental degree.
  • Strategist and a quick, dynamic thinker that can prioritize and solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Team player and an strong communicator.
