What You Will Do

Responsible for day-to-day administration of SFDC, CPQ and Power Bi. Will set up new users, troubleshoot access and data issues, gather business requirements, and implement requirements through managed service partners. Maintain data integrity, user licenses and perform routine maintenance. Responsible for testing and signing off on any new functionality that is implemented through blueprint, accelerate or any other avenue.

Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical knowledge in evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; executes integration, conducts testing for systems to meet business requirements. May provide consultation to users in automated systems (this may be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions). May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

  • Support end users in the use of our tools and investigate any issues that may arise.

  • Delivers self-service reports to our user base using Power BI and other solutions

  • Partner with sales trainers and marketing to deliver a cohesive training strategy to our sellers that connects the use of tools to the practical application in their business.

  • Responsible for effective communication strategy between this team and our customers.

  • Maintains and Improves sales tools by working with our IS business partners. Establishes user requirements, monitors development, tests solutions and helps launch new functionalities.

  • Work with the sales operations team to support day to day needs and offload transactional workloads.

  • Define and suggest improvements to current processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in Power BI, Callidus, Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ (Certifications are a plus) preferred

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • 3+ years of experience preferred

  • Customer service or customer-oriented call center type environment preferred

  • Business analyst or marketing analyst experience preferred

  • Business support experience preferred

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a global organization.

**You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days**
