What you will do

The Service Enablement Analyst works with stakeholders from the ProCare Commercial teams to provide visibility to business performance, inform business decisions and manage daily system processes and best practices. Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. Deep collaboration and partnership with Business Unit Sales Operations teams to provide data supporting business strategies and/or solutions.

• Lead and support end users in the use of our tools and investigate any issues that may arise.

• Partner with ProCare Client Services and ProCare Marketing to deliver a cohesive training strategy to our sales representatives that connects the use of tools to the practical application in their business.

• Maintains and improves sales tools by working with our IS business partners.

• Establishes user requirements, monitors development, tests solutions and helps launch new functionalities.

• Work with the sales operations team to support day to day needs and as they relate to quota credit.

• Responsible for monthly reporting of KPI’s and audit activities

• Will partner with strategic sales and marketing team to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.

• Responsible for development and completion of sales measurement metrics.

• Improve and evolve processes to improve efficiency driving contract growth.

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 2+ years relevant experience required.

• Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy and results, pricing and reporting preferred.

You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
