What you’ll be doing...

This role is a high impact and high visibility position that is responsible for creating efficient and agile processes in response to business requirements to enable the CEO to focus on growing our business. Youwill serve as an ambassador to the executive’s direct-reporting teams and functional area partners. Youwill lead execute administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization’s CEO and Executive Office, as well as prioritize critical issues and required information for the executives to facilitate efficient decision making. You'll act as a point of contact or gatekeeper between senior leadership and other stakeholdersand provide oversight and guidance to high impact projects.

  • Drive next level business-critical initiatives and decision making across multiple operating teams.
  • Serve as key point of contact and an advisor for Senior Leadership stakeholders in Finance, Strategy, HR, Legal, Communications, and other business units.
  • Partner and develop on all communication and support activities for the Senior Leadership team, including all meeting governance (staff meetings, all hands calls, webcast preparation, executive presentations, board presentations, group reviews, investor days, talk tracks, pre-read documents, metrics, results, etc.).
  • Lead cross functional content development with VCG and key stakeholders to support executive presentation sessions to support the leadership team.
  • Track executive actions to ensure follow up and closure.
  • Support Senior Leaders in providing feedback and decisions to key stakeholders to help facilitate outcomes/deliverables.
  • Develop organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity recommendations to streamline processes and speed to decisions while ensuring high quality work product.
  • Develop and leverage strong business acumen to ensure continuity in key messages, leadership focus on key priority execution.
  • Ensure alignment between key strategic, financial, board, BU governance and IR processes and communication.
  • Ensure execution of critical planning activities and delivery strategic priorities.
  • Provide specific framework and governance of VLC and Board Updates, Top 10 Consumer priorities, and Operations Review content, planning, and coordination.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor degree of four or more years work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in storytelling, narrative construction and content development.

Even better if you have:

  • Masters degree or MBA.
  • Consulting and/or corporate strategy work experience.
  • Experience in a Project/Program Management, Business Operations, Investor Relations, Communications, Strategy, Finance, Sales, or Service function.
  • Experience supporting large teams and driving large cross functional initiatives.
  • Experience with the VCG business unit.
  • Ability to leadand influence key stakeholders and other business partnerson key projects.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship building, partnership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
