What you will do:

The Business Process Owner leads the strategy and design of a new global standard “end-to-end” process within Stryker’s Accelerate program. This role will be responsible for the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables in sub-process areas as the organization moved towards a single software program/database, integrating information from departments and functions throughout the organization into a single ERP system to access, share, and communicate information more easily. This role engages divisional and functional SMEs to provide input and participate in project activities, identifying global change impacts and supporting local change management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely completion of project activities within their project track; create and maintain team deliverables
  • Drive adoption of global process to align with Global ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies
  • Build and sustain global leadership steering committees
  • Lead solution design for the Field Inventory area
  • Facilitate rapid decisions and the completion of the Solution Design and Key Configuration Decisions
  • Lead and oversee global process workshops
  • Own Stryker process deliverables and tasks as they related to Event and Inventory Management
  • Map major business processes to solution, identifying major change impacts and working closely with the system integrator and information systems
  • Drive harmonized, industry-best practice processes across all company divisions and geographies

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of 8 years overall professional experience required
  • Minimum of 6 years’ sub-process experience required
  • Prior experience on an ERP, major business system, or large-scale transformational projects or programs preferred
  • Prior experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
  • Significant experience in a leadership role at the Associate Manager level or above preferred
