Associate Partner - Cloud Modernization Delivery

IntroductionAs an IBM Cloud Delivery Modernization Lead, you will directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms, Hyperscalers, and Industry solutions. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAt IBM Global Business Services (GBS), we are looking for an Associate Partner (AP) Cloud Delivery Modernization Lead for IBM's Cloud Advisory Public Sector Practice with the ability to work cross-sector with Healthcare (HC), Life Sciences (LS), and State Local and Education (SLE) clients. In this role, the individual will work with our strategic Customers' Team members, possess a diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry IT trends, leveraging this credibility as an advisor and expert with Customers, Partners, and Internally across IBM.We are seeking an action-oriented visionary who is craving to be part of a great company in a fast-growing segment. The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver applications required to automate business and IT processes while meeting the business and IT needs and outcomes. The resulting design will often be required to run in a Hybrid Cloud environment and on multiple platforms. The final solution may be composed of multiple software packages and custom components.Enabling Application Cloud Modernization Solution Design and Delivery by participating in:+ Modernization / Migration architecture solution for hybrid-cloud environment eg. IBM Cloud Private and RedHat OpenShift.+ Modernization solution for hybrid cloud platform (on-prem, off-prem, dedicated cloud).+ Design of the Modernization strategy, tools, application, database, and integration components. Contributes with the team to adopt the right tools for various migration methods for (re-host, re-factor, re-architect, re-platform, containerization, etc.).+ Application Modernization Methodology and Project Plans. Participates in Workshops or method tailoring for the Client environment and Client industry.+ Assists Modernization Project Manager on Technical elements of project plan WBS, estimation, migration risk, dependencies, Minimum viable product (MVP).+ Build of Migration architecture solution for multi-cloud environment eg. IBM Cloud, IBM Cloud Private, AWS, Azure.This is a customer-facing role.
