The Associate Partner will help develop and maintain an effective business relationship with existing and net-new client's management team and influence the overall success of GBS EA(mostly SAP) and Analytics offerings within the market. S/he will work on a full-time basis. Key responsibilities will include - developing, expanding and supporting solution sets within the Life Sciences industry, SAP and SAP enabled Analytics, developing a sales pipeline, and running pursuits and overall management of RFP responses.The ideal candidate should understand the challenges faced by the life science industry today and will be bringing together IBM's unique capabilities across Enterprise Applications, innovation, data analytics, cognitive computing and technology platforms to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs. The candidate should have in-depth business process knowledge and the ability to lead discussions with Life Sciences client's decision makers and demonstrate -+ An ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of talented consultants and managers to deliver insights-based, decision-ready recommendations that inform the strategic agenda for our clients.+ An ability to showcase growth and eminence of the practice through thought leadership and practice development activities, including guiding and drawing from SAP enabled capabilities, IBM Watson health and other on evolving market trends+ An ability to advise pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies in the areas of data solutions, SAP integration, data lakes, master data management, data quality frameworks and data process orchestration frameworks.+ Familiarity with digital and analytics solution to enable value through SAP peripheral solutions, SAP Hybris, Medical Affairs operations, Patient connectivity and CRM type solutions and platforms+ Passion to understand the applications of emerging technologies and adapt modern approaches and innovative solutions to client problems**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**+ The Associate Partner will be responsible to develop and lead successful GTM strategy and delivery in Life Sciences and Enterprise Applications+ The Associate Partner will lead the creation of new business opportunities within the Life Science and will be accountable for success through to the end of client engagements+ The Associate partner will be responsible for developing lasting relationships based on mutual respect with clients' decision makers. Will direct the development of new solution offerings or methods to support the penetration of new markets.+ Ability to act as a trusted advisor to c-suites in selling and delivering Life Sciences use cases and solutions leveraging the transformative power of SAP, Machine Learning and Data Analytics.**OTHER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**A successful candidate can not only identify and quantify the business benefits of technology-enabled business solutions but also help to craft the implementation strategy, approach, timelines and costs. Other required experience includes:+ Demonstrated people management ability to lead and mentor junior+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced and dynamic workplace+ Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
