If you're ready to bring insights and experience in areas such as IoT, Blockchain and digital transformation, we are ready to offer you a best in class career development.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAn Associate Partner assigned to this position is expected to have the proven experience and knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management Services including (Supply and demand management, SCM transformation, SCM Digital transformation, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Sales & Operation's Planning, Procurement transformation, Operating Model Design) needed to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services and leading to high client satisfaction. This requires the capability to oversee the largest and most complex services engagements in their area of expertise and to demonstrate an expert understanding of the appropriate methods and skills to be used. They are expected to contribute to the growth of intellectual capital within their practice area and to support the development of other consultants through participation in mentoring or coaching activities. They are expected to establish trusted long-term relationships with clients through engagement activities. They must also develop strong and trusted relationships with Project Managers and other team members on complex services engagements across our various global markets.This position requires the skills needed to test hypotheses and conclusions leading to the development of innovative client deliverables in a manner that supports and reinforces effective teaming within the engagement. They are expected to identify new business opportunities and to provide strong assistance to IBM in the winning of that business. Must be familiar with the contractual requirements for their area of practice and be capable of drafting and reviewing responses to Requests for Information (RFI), responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), IBM contracts, and IBM statements of work.This position is required to be client-facing, with primary requirement to drive pipeline build and large transformation plays in the supply chain and operations area spanning across strategy, process, AI and analytics and supply chain solutions. The candidate is expected to support bid and proposal activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution Area, or Community activities. As delivery executive / subject matter expert, the candidate is expected to drive client billable engagements.Global knowledge sharing and management is key to IBM's success. Individuals will participate in, and / or be responsible for the creation, harvesting, protection and reuse of IBM's intellectual capital in the supply chain and associated domains.
