Project Associate - Inspection Management Analyst (PA6)

Deloitte's Brand Operations Services is looking for experienced professionals with excellent communication skills, judgment and analytical abilities to oversee onboarding, training, and management of field inspector work for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are well diverse in operation training and delivery.

Project Details & Requirements:

  • Operate as team lead as defined by project / client requirements, supporting professionals executing in the field and project support
  • Proactively escalating and resolving field inspector issues
  • Identifies and assists with staffing needs; supporting and help drive inspector network recruiting efforts
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing inspector network onboarding and offboarding process from start to finish
  • Coordinate and/or deliver ongoing account-specific training and knowledge materials to increase program consistency
  • Create and implement recommendations to account management to improve field team tools, resources and training materials
  • Monitor the schedule of activities to ensure team is meeting deadlines established by the client
  • Consistently review team deliverables and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency across team members
  • Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of management and/or operations management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to:
    • iPad / tablet / notebook / smartphone functionality
      • Comfortable with both android and apple systems
      • Ability to download and interact with mobile applications
      • Comfortable utilizing tablet as extra display for laptop
    • Laptop functionality
      • Video conferencing software (i.e. Zoom)
      • Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 3) at one time
    • Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent command of English language (clearly speaking, reading comprehension, and writing) with strong analytic and presentation abilities.
    • Skillful and fluid communicator, possessing the flexibility to communicate effectively with each client representative in the style and manner that they prefer.
  • Able to work independently and without direct supervision, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients' business models and needs.
  • Experience with developing and leading trainings for both individual and small teams.
