What you will do

  • Instrumental in order fulfillment process including order pulling, order prep, and utilizing the proper modes of transportation to process the shipment
  • Use the system to receive, inspect, replenish both implant or instrument kits.
  • Inspection Process – ensure kits are delivered complete and ready for surgery (customer service focus)
  • Transport orders to and from hospitals
  • Cross Train in other Hub positions
  • Controlling inventory through the use of available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants (part number level) and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, rep trunk stocks, and in office(s)/storage locations
  • Stock and/or return products
  • Maintaining appropriate inventory levels (both implants and instruments) to meet the needs of the territory while adhering to company days on hand and turn objectives
  • Controlling inventory through the use of available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants (part number level) and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, rep trunk stocks, and in office(s)/storage locations
  • Based on local business needs, may be needed for on-call duties outside of business hours and on weekends
  • Oversee and responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, directing work and providing leadership on a daily basis to employees within the Hub area
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s quality systems and FDA compliance requirements

What you will need

  • 3 + years of experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions required
  • The ability to lift up to 50lb is required
