This position will require daily interaction with the Senior Contract Coordinator, Business Unit Sales Representatives, ProCare Finance, Field Service Technicians, and other shared functions as well as various internal partners.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Sorting and dispatching contract requests from ProCare Team Mailbox

  • As assigned, responsible for generating and amending basic quote proposals

  • As assigned, responsible for basic contract order entry

  • Provide order entry for Data Solutions contracts

  • Maintain the integrity of ProCare policies (e.g., contract submission requirements, account status, finance requirements, pricing, etc.)

  • Focus on customer satisfaction by providing a highly responsive and world class level of customer service

  • Willingness and ability to adjust schedule for month end purposes as requested

  • Work Senior Contract Coordinators to develop knowledge to enter a diverse portfolio of contract types with a high degree of accuracy

  • Provides back up support as necessary for team members

  • Perform and/or assist with all duties as outlined in Coordinator Playbook

Education:

Two or more years of equivalent experience and a high school diploma required

Qualifications and experience:

  • SAP experience preferred

  • JDE experience preferred

  • Microsoft Office Programs

Physical requirements:

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.

  • Must be able to communicate telephonically

  • Must be able to review printed material

  • Must be able to operate common office equipment (e.g. calculator, fax machine, telephone, etc.)

  • Must have good visual acuity

  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
