From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to analyze, design, develop, and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape, and rewire the competitive fabric of their supply chains across industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advisory services, advanced preconfigured solutions, and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. Required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, STEM, or equivalent with 6+ years of experience with Teamcenter
  • Siemens Unified architecture experience
  • Deep understanding of various PLM processes such as BOM management, CAD data management, document management and change control areas of a PLM system
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing Siemens Teamcenter/Polarion, integration with CAD/ERP/other applications
  • Experience with BOM and configuration management capabilities in a multi BOM environment (i.e. EBOM, MBOM or variant management)
  • Experience leading teams and change initiatives
  • Experience in integrating ERP with Teamcenter (i.e. SAP or Oracle)
  • Strong knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture
  • Experience in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML
  • Experience with the development of test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing
  • Experience in BMIDE configuration, Data Model Changes, configuring Workflows, etc.
  • Understanding of ALM systems like JIRA and Agile model of deployment for any new changes.
  • Experience with creation of packages and performing deployments with validation followed by sanity checks in environment.
  • Experience with CAD tool like NX integration with Teamcenter.
  • Experience with modules like Product configurator, Change management, BOM Management and Schedule Management
  • Experience with the development and delivering of PLM training materials
  • Experience leading teams and change initiatives
  • Excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes and management expertise for large scale Product Development and PLM design and deployment
  • Ability to assist in workshops for requirements validation, data model design and configuration validation

Preferred qualifications
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Expert knowledge of the UI customization and extension layers for Rich Client, tool integrations and Active Workspace
  • Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents
  • Expert communication skills, both written and oral, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations
  • Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices
  • Knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape
  • Significant experience in a large and complex business environment
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An advanced degree is preferred
