Job Summary

  • Supports business requirements such as Timesheet coordinator, processing expense reports, handles GFP Property inventory, and processes purchase reqs via the DynMRO system to ensure effective efficiencies and compliance.
  • Plans and coordinates office services and related activities, for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.
  • Manage the visitor flow, SharePoint sites, support preparation, submission of reports as directed by upper management.
  • May oversee the compiling, preparing and accuracy of invoices for assigned area.
  • Consults with program management to gather information about program needs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and other practices set forth by upper management.
  • Writes and maintains reports to update management of relevant information. Status first line management on a regular basis.
  • Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis for program management approval.
  • May assist in reviewing and authorizing billing invoices and ensures payment is received in a timely manner.
  • Maintains procurement records and recommended procedural changes to improve procurement results; and manages travel requests and itineraries and maintains leave tracker. Plans, prepares, and coordinates travel activities for program employees, schedules and provides similar travel support information.
  • Assists HR POC with deployment activities as it pertains to on-boarding new hires.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and advanced secretarial training.
  • 5+ years of prior related experience with 3 years of experience with the company preferred.
  • Requires working knowledge of commonly used PC applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
  • Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Position may require travel.
