Roofing Service Technician
Advocate Construction is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, repairs and roofing-related services.

Duties and Responsibilities*
- Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures.
- Able to do basic computer work
- Communicate with customers
- Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs.
- Prepare and collect invoices.
- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
- Follow all safety procedures.

- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on all types of roofs.
- Able to fix any problems with a roofing system
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass Background Check
- Industry experience preferred 1-year minimum
