Job Summary:

Suvi Global Services, LLC, located in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist worker. The incumbent will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of warehousing duties:
• the offloading of UPS/FedEx, TL and LTL freight
• sorting of freight, receiving freight into WMS, put away freight
• order pick small packages
• cycle counting, physical inventories, safety, and housekeeping
• Expected to receive a minimum of 100 packages or 100 boxes per day
• Expected to receive one single receipt in 3-5 minutes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Strong command of the English language both verbally and written and basic math skills
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient in using a tape measure
• Proficient with computers, printers, and scanners
• Proficient in using a banding tool
• Proficient in using a stretch wrap machine
• Proficient with handheld stretch wrapping
• Operating a manual pallet jack
• Operating a forklift but not required
• Willing to train on all material handling equipment
• Be subjected to a minimum risk Public Trust clearance background check

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of/or experience in/with a Warehouse Management Systems, consolidation and 3PL operations are a plus along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Strong personal drive and pride in workmanship.

Pay and Benefits:

• Hours of Operations: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
• First Break 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM. Lunch Break 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM.
• There is no afternoon break. It has been incorporated into lunch break.
• Mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays when required.

Physical Demands:

• To lift/carry/push up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, stoop, crawl, crouch, lean, kneel, climb, sit, and balance.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include use of a standard laptop, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
