Service Providers want to use IBM's new MCMP solution to digitally deliver their Multicloud solutions to their customers. To appropriately address the unique needs of this high growth segment, IBM is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the definition and roll out of the MCMP Service Provider Edition.The MCMP Service Provider Edition Product Manager is responsible for managing the Service Provider and Franchise Service Delivery requirements and roadmap as well as other areas such as MCMP Service Provider Edition demos and marketing assets. Key KPI's this role will be responsible for include Revenue, profitability, NPS, and user adoption.**In this role you will...**+ Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for MCMP solutions targeted for Service Providers and Franchise Service Delivery.+ Specify product requirements for current and future products by conducting interviews with sales, service delivery and on-going visits to customers and partners+ Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' service provider products+ Lead the offer for Service Provider Edition and end-to-end user experiences across a variety of MCMP applications targeted for a variety of Service Provider persona's+ Convey market direction, emerging partner/customer needs, features, and functional requirements, from which, product, UX Design and engineering teams can design and implement new capabilities.+ Use data, partner/customer feedback, and market intelligence to drive decisions.+ Define epic-level requirements in an Agile-based development+ Prioritize and groom epic backlog regularly in all stages of development based on business unit priorities+ Present leadership level status dashboards showing development Key Performance Indicators+ Establish roadmap for MCMP Service Provider Edition and Franchise Service Delivery and present it to customers, partners and business leaders+ Provide regular competitive updates and white papers with feature comparisons and differentiation+ Present sales tools and demonstrations showing the differentiated value proposition of MCMP Service Provider Edition+ Assist with Partner engagement agreements and regular communications related to roadmap, business development, and customer support**Qualifications**You possess professional knowledge of the Product Management function and understand organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies. You can adapt communications and approaches to conclude negotiations with various partners, resulting in common agreements. You analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks. You can Influence people and organizations, including executive management, when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy. You have a high degree of latitude in responsibilities to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives.
