Customer Service Rep (ATS)

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep (ATS) in El Paso, TX.

The customer service representative is responsible for providing Eaton customers, distributors, end users, potential customers, and Field Sales with product and delivery information. In this role, you will manage customer orders, including order entry and order changes; expedite orders and shipments with operations; maintain accurate customer information, validating price; verify order terms and conditions; and confirm routing rules and entering shipment, quantity and date information. You will provide world class customer service which contributes to the growth and success of the business.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

• Partners with customer contacts and Field Sales to provide exceptional service. Acts as a liaison between the customer and Operations.
• Enters new orders from customers through multiple order entry systems, with emphasis on error-free order management and same-day order entry. Enters changes and cancellations from customers through multiple order entry systems, using established business rules. Emphasis is on error-free order management and same-day order entry.
• Proactively communicates in a timely manner with external customers about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status. Communicates in a timely manner with operations to verify lead times, schedule customer orders according to their delivery needs and communicate special handling requests.
• Order Administration – To manage order processing within agreed cycle time. Ensure accuracy and update customers on open order status
• Fosters an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service required.
• Minimum 1 year of supply chain experience required.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• MRP/Vista knowledge

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer Service attitude, strong attention to details, punctuality, problem solving mindset
• Basic MS Office
