What you will do -

You will partner with the Field Service team to develop, implement and facilitate a variety of technical training programs for new and existing Field Service Personnel. You will manage all aspects of planning, scheduling and delivering technical training to the Field Service Personnel.


Additional responsibilities:

  • Schedule, assign, deliver & document Mako Field Service Training courses to Field Service personnel
  • Assist in the development of training courses and materials based on sound adult learning principles and identified business needs
  • Update and maintain Field Service documentation through OnePLM system as required
  • Periodically review of curriculum assignments for all Mako Field Service personnel globally to ensure accuracy
  • Model compliance throughout all activities and interactions
  • Maintain and track training documentation, ensuring records are complete for all attendees

What you need -

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 2+ years working experience required
  • 1+ years of training experience - highly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in group facilitation and presentation skills - highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and embrace new technologies - highly preferred
  • Well versed in MS Office (PowerPoint) - highly preferred
  • Experience with technical capital equipment - preferred
