IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign solutions for implementing SAP CX suite, specifically on Sales & Service components according to business requirementsResponsible for translating business requirements into functional specsDesign, build, test and deploy complex SAP solutionsProvides SAP Customer Experience functional expertise with the requirements, configuration and capabilities of SAP.
