Stryker has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Medical Education Associate to support the Medical Education and Marketing teams by coordinating in-person and virtual educational events for our healthcare customers. What you will do:

Technical/Procedure Insight

Program Design

  • Growing understanding of educational program design
  • Work with contracted HCP consultants and the internal team to design engaging presentations

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication

  • Initiates/creates work group(s) to complete tasks as needed

Project Management

  • Supports the Medical Education and Marketing teams by executing educational events

  • Coordinate scheduling of individual speaker events

  • Collaborate with other Stryker business units to design, plan and execute regional conferences

  • Responsible for all compliance requirements and necessary paperwork is completed. (i.e. grants/donations)

  • Source program venues (i.e. hotel space, complete site

  • Manage organization of meeting details (Faculty dinners, catering, a/v). Provide all agendas & logistical information

Effectiveness Measurement

  • Gather and track the data/information from each program and develop dashboards for contracted HCP consultants to understand key performance metrics (number of events, evaluations, audience, etc)

Strategic Vision

  • Growing understanding of our medical education and business strategy

Communication Planning

  • Start to analyze which platform(s) is the best way to reach our target audience

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
