Medical Education Associate

What you will do
- Basic understanding of marketing/sales related event coordination
- Supports the Medical Education and Marketing teams by executing educational events.
- Coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment, and receipt of equipment. Order disposable products for shows, labs, and educational events, maintain inventory and forecasting
- Manage all HCP travel budget allocation including: Marketing, Medical Education and R&D events
- Ensure all programs meet compliance requirements and necessary paperwork is completed.
- Source program venues (i.e. hotel space)
- Manage organization of meeting details (Faculty dinners, catering, a/v,). Provide all agendas & logistical information
- Familiar with key communication platforms & policies.
- Understands who are the key KOLS and learns how to communicate and utilize them.
- Familiar with divisional product offering and procedural flow
- Basic understanding of competitive landscape and customer groups
- Basic understanding of how we design and deliver training
- Understand our budgeting process
- Understand why and how we listen to our customers
- Awareness of internal branding guidelines
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
- MBA preferred
- 0+ years of work experience required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
