Qualifications
Required:
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance
- Must work onsite in Washington DC
- 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Preferred:
- Experience with Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Communication Strategy and Planning and Training Development
- HR Operational Excellence and HR Customer Services experience
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Experience with workforce planning experience and any future of work experience is ideal
