Qualifications

Required:
  • Must have an active Top-Secret clearance
  • Must work onsite in Washington DC
  • 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

Preferred:
  • Experience with Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Communication Strategy and Planning and Training Development
  • HR Operational Excellence and HR Customer Services experience
  • Strong business writing and communication skills
  • Experience with workforce planning experience and any future of work experience is ideal
