What You Will Do:
Coordinates all aspects of training labs with sales, marketing and other departments including lab scheduling, specimen ordering, lab prep and tear down. Participates in lab training when needed.

  • Develops and maintains a working knowledge of company products and instrumentation. Maintains adequate inventory of lab supplies and marketing support materials needed to run successful training labs.

  • Develops and maintains effective and positive working relationship with outside vendors & independent lab technicians.

  • Conducts site inspections of cadaver labs, hotels and space for the mobile lab when necessary.

  • Negotiates pricing, processes invoiced for tissue and lab vendors maintaining department budget. Ensures that all charges are correct and that all invoices are processed and paid on time.

  • Researches, understands and adheres to regulations governing medical lab activities.

What You Will Need:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Or equivalent work experience.

  • 1+ years’ experience administrative type scheduling preferred.
