JOB Summary

The Zone Training Coordinator (ZTC) will be a dedicated resource to ensure the proper execution of new agent training. Ensuring that new agents have achieved & completed all necessary training components of the New Agent Development Program.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure recruiting usage of POP is successfully implemented for decisioning in wave/rollouts
    • Assist with POP screen administration/reports
  • Ensure onboarding is successful during each wave rollout and ongoing post-implementation
    • Ensure “butts in seat” list is accurate every Monday
    • 1st line of support for onboarding questions
      • Assist with BIG process coaching (background and I-9 follow up)
      • Assist managers/agents with completion of all Transitions (ex. Explaining, logging into Taleo, retrieving their username, explaining deadlines, etc.)
      • Assist with other paperwork collection training in field as needed (ex Auto Deck)
  • Ensure iPad processes are running successfully
    • Review weekly iPad inventories
    • Ensure reporting/storage of assets (iPads)
    • 1st line of support for MDs/DMs having trouble with technology issues (training/production iPad & cornerstone, etc.)
    • Maintain iPad primary / secondary receiver list by market
  • Ensure field training is successful
    • Assist with Initial Sales Training communications
    • Cornerstone– assist New managers/agents with accessing and navigating
    • Rehearsal learning platform – assist New manager/agents with accessing and navigation
    • Audit – Quality checks after Manager’s certification
    • Assist with check point administration during IST, & blueprint weeks to ensure education/assessment completion (including NAMM and ADP 1).
    • Facilitate occasional training in person as needed
  • Assess stakeholders post wave/pilot rollout (field & home office)
  • Propose process changes to support greater efficiencies for future waves/rollouts
  • Establish, report, and monitor on key success measures
  • Work with FDMs to ensure proper execution of ADPs
  • Train segments of the New Agent Development Program as needed
