Description

We are seeking an experienced training and knowledge management practitioner to lead the Intelligent Process Automation learning and development strategy, curricula, execution and learning destinations.

The right candidate in partnership with the Centre of Competency practitioners will develop the curricula, and be instrumental in managing facilitation, accreditation and the management and development of knowledge communities globally through various learning and development channels and tools.

The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and excited about the prospect of being part of group that is bringing significant and measurable change to our organization. She/he will also champion organization-wide knowledge dissemination and consistently share the Centre of Competency’s know-how, information and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strategic alignment to the Centre of Competency and business goals
  • Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs in partnership with Intelligent Process Automation practitioners and strategic vendors
  • Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders, using needs and skills assessments
  • Evaluate individual and LoB training knowledge to ensure training is meeting business needs and is improving team and individual performance
  • Optimize training delivery, delivery mechanisms and processes
  • Coordinate company-wide training programs; co-create, manage, administer and maintain the Intelligent Process Automation Academy, Learning Management System to assign training to intelligent process automation teams and executive stakeholders
  • In partnership with the center of competency and human resources, manage evaluation processes, training spot checks and accreditation
  • Utilize current technologies, formats and devices to prepare and deliver topics and achieve more effective learning and use this knowledge to propose innovative modes of delivery to Chubb’s staff
  • Own the Intelligent Process Automation training destinations, their content development, electronic and printed collateral, promotion and event management such as webinars, fire side chats and shot classes, content-rich visuals and infographics
  • Design, build, automate, and maintain tools, templates, and resources to drive stakeholder adoption, facilitate training, and support knowledge transfer initiatives
  • Implement collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and project teams to co author and disseminate key innovations, learnings to the intelligent process automation audience and the wider Chubb employee base
  • Minimal travel as needed.
