Amentum is seeking a Training and Instruction Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL to work as part of a close knit team, as well as independently, to accomplish a range of functions as you support AUTEC. As a member of the team you will:

  • Coordinates training programs and assists with assessment of training needs for the program and determining solutions.
  • Implements customer requirements and appropriate training processes and protocols for assigned area.
  • Ensures accuracy and completion of individual and associated team assignments and tasks.
  • Develops and reviews all assigned personnel training reports, verifying content and compliance.
  • Serves as point-of-contact for multiple sites on program/contract training activities.
  • Monitors the training requirements of personnel during mobilization and transition in fulfillment of contract requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and local government training reporting requirements.
  • Compiles, verifies, and submits training records and documents to proper level of management.
  • Works with multi-functional team to identify training deficiencies and recommend various approaches for resolution of outstanding training issues.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and other practices set forth by senior management.
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must currently work on existing AUTEC contract in order to be eligible for this position.
  • Must be a U.S citizen.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S government security clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years of experience developing training curriculum for DoD programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current Secret security clearance preferred.
