What you will do

In the role, you will ensure customers and sales representatives receive world class service by overseeing and owning the contract renewal process and new contracts for product off warranty by working closely with the Sales Force and ProCare Managers. Leadership and mentoring in the launch of new initiatives that drive an enhanced customer experience and team productivity is a must. You will be responsible for owning and driving accountability process for renewals and warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue. You will own the functions of inbound lead generation, lead nurturing and revenue generation. In this position, you work closely with the sales force to build and create ROI’s (data and presentations), proposals, and strategies for presentation. You will also be responsible for increasing renewal/retention rate, growing revenue dollars, final contract document preparation and contract integrity.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Indirectly influence a team of reps to manage new contracts and renewals to drive customer success and deliver quality service and ensure regulatory, compliance, and pricing expectations are met with all interactions within the contract creation process.

  • Develop yearly business plans focusing on a winning renewal strategy, including off manufacturer warranty within geographical territory working cohesively with Marketing, GLSF, and Manager. Align objectives with the business goals and work to build team goals.

  • Review and amend contracts before sending final documents, assist team members as necessary.

  • Work with legal to amend Terms and Conditions when needed, lead, own, and drive the process.

  • Present price and terms of the contractual agreement to the sales representatives and customers.

  • Ensure pricing integrity is met on all proposals within your territory. Work cohesively to educate the Sales Force and team members on service contract pricing and strategies.

  • Generate and communicate new leads to designated Sales Representatives for them to further investigate with the customer.

  • Develop and Manage Renewal Strategy, renew contracts prior to expiration date, increase renewal rate as specified in business objectives.

  • Develop and Manage New Build Warranty Expiration Strategy and Initiate contracts prior to expiration of warranty.

  • Work and indirectly influence Sales Reps to create Profitability Proposals

  • Work closely with other divisional partners to drive a harmonized ProCare strategy for our customers.

  • Responsible for assisting in service contract order entry for Surgical Technologies. This includes reviewing agreements, processing purchase orders, managing sales order credit, ensuring accurate coverage, and maintaining the integrity of contract entry policies.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Basic understanding of sales operations.

The candidate will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance to our Portage, MI location. You will need to be in the office 3 days a week, but will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
