What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a driven and motivated SAP Business Systems Analyst who must have excellent understanding of SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) / Customer Activity Repository(CAR), SAP Hana DB who can build corporate planning systems, components, and processes that deliver the business value.

The selected applicant will:

  • Help define business requirements, lead the design and implementation process, test application capabilities, and train other team members and business users.
  • Proactively work with the end-user community to improve business processes and procedures.
  • Define and re-engineer business systems or information technology processes by using appropriate methods and tools and partnering with process owners to understand requirements.
  • Work closely with the Platform Services team to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs.
  • Lead within a shared team to execute, status, and resolve Functional Unit (FUT), Integrated (ITC), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) issues.
  • Use a flexible and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems and to develop customer specific solutions - taking into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and different level of stakeholder groups (e.g. Top-Management) with various/changing stakeholder demands/requirements and intersections (e.g. IT, Finance, AP, SC, Top-management level etc.)

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • BA/BS degree with concentration in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems.
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes using SAP suite of products.
  • Proficient level of experience and knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and SAP HANA DB.
  • Functional and technical experience in SAP IBP planning modules Strategic Planning, Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Control Tower, JAM for model configuration and customization.
  • Good understanding about SAP MRP & GATP process in order to narrow down gating factor and Pegging issues due to Demand prioritizations and allocations in Order Based Planning.
  • Ability to analyze SAP and partner road maps along with market trends to determine their potential impact to current systems.
  • Experienced in SAP CAR (AMR/UDF/DDF) Functional.
  • Experienced on IBP integration with other systems as ERP, S/4, CAR, APO, BI, CPI-DS, and Ariba.
  • Experience with one or more full lifecycle SAP planning IBP/CAR implementations.
  • Experience in business analysis, developing and measuring KPIs and managing projects.
  • Exposure to using emerging technologies such as AI/ML, RPA in developing corporate planning solution.
  • Critical thinking, organizational, research, oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced changing environment with good time-management skills and the ability to manage teams independently.
  • Demonstrated highly developed team leadership skills and the ability to manage internal / external resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty.
  • Experience in executive communication including presentation preparation and delivery.
  • Agile delivery expertise in an ERP landscape.
  • Experiencing managing across multiple time zones.
  • SAP Supply Chain technical and functional architecture and data modeling skills along with new and emerging SAP capabilities.
  • Formal training and/or certifications in the SAP product family.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and mentor junior staff
