For our offices in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a:

Demand Fulfillment Specialist, EMEA

Welcome to the Team:

The Demand Fulfillment team is an important part of Organon’s Supply Chain Organization. You will be working in an international diverse team of 8 Specialists and a Manager. It oversees the downstream part of the supply chain, from packaging sites to distribution centers. We are expecting you to provide services to accommodate our customers in the best possible way.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely receipt and correct processing of forecasts and orders from customers.
  • Act as a primary contact for customer relations to all supply and demand topics and escalations.
  • Building relationships with the customers and the internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and resolve escalated supply issues via effective coordination and cooperation with planning teams, sites, and customers.
  • Take care of, and improve standard reporting (e.g., metrics regarding demand, supply, master data, and inventory) for all stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer meetings and contribute to the Sales and Operations planning process.
  • Support projects or activities that improve performance and customer service.
  • Serve as a backup for colleagues.

Your Profile:

  • Higher Academic Education.
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain domain
  • Comprehensive Excel skills and ERP knowledge (preferably SAP)
  • Good understanding of stakeholder management, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Solid analytical skills for independent problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English. Any other language is considered an advantage.
