Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive, you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to our clients and IBM alike.Work you could do as an Associate Test Specialist:* Participate in the design of the technical test benchmark* Building automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Katalon, Cucumber, etc.* Create test data and test environments* Write and execute test scripts under the direction of a senior tester and test lead* Identify errors and validate successes for any software solution* Verify fixes after they are applied to a test system and verifying the results of test cases* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes* Identify, analyze, and document all programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specification goals for the given program, application or set of applications* Analyze and present test results to clients and project teams clearly**About the Client Innovation Center (CIC):**+ The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our East Lansing center (aka: we work in a traditional IBM Agile office setting)+ However, some travel is expected, and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US.
