Job Summary

Executes the Quality Assurance Program for the delivery of quality data and products to meet all operational requirements.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:

  • Monitors, reviews, and inspects data products produced at PMRF for quality and completeness
  • Maintains record of quality assurance checks performed on each data item/data package
  • Prepares and submits data analysis and summary reports
  • Maintains statistical information on data quality including error quantity and error patterns indicating trends that may require corrective actions
  • Proposes changes in data production processes or new programs to reduce errors and improve data quality. Reviews ORs, ODs, and DMAPs and provide inputs. Attend briefings and meetings and may be required to travel off the island to attend meetings
  • Monitors new programs and processes to verify an improvement in quality and a reduction in errors. Required to conduct system checkouts, playbacks, and provide summary reports.
  • Prepares and submits all Contract Data Requirements (CDR) as required
  • Will be required to cross-train into other positions as directed by Supervisor/Manager
  • Performs other duties as required

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent + 4 years QA experience or Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience in QA

Experience:

  • Must currently work on existing PMRF contract in order to be eligible for this position
  • Must possess the following PC skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access. Software programming experience
  • Knowledge of quality and process improvement programs
  • Training:
    • Information Assurance

Clearance:

  • Must currently possess a Secret clearance or must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to commencement of employment. Eligibility includes being subject to a Government security investigation that will require a personal background investigation including verification of residency, immediate family members’ Citizenship, foreign travel, foreign contacts, criminal and credit history

Preferred Qualifications
