Junior Software Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary
Amentum is seeking a Junior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Norfolk VA team.
You're able to work independently or as part of a team. You have good oral and written communication skills.
As a Junior Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support activities to our client that includes:
- Creation, modification, and running of test plans/cases to certify system functionality and/or changes.
- Assist with configuration management tasks of test plans/cases, document control, and the coordination of requirement changes on projects as required.

Minimum Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related area and 1 to 3 years of job-related experience supporting software application testing, or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and implement testing processes using related application testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Test Manager
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Experience writing Agile development methodology
- ASTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
