PMO Lead (Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist) (38820)

Work you'll do
Working within the PMO on a team on an operations project, managing their entire enrollment benefits system for 3 years. Person will be onboarding and offboarding staff (helping roll off and on contractors, getting access in system)
-self-motivated coordinator and have process oriented mindset
-be the owner of offboarding and onboarding process
-reporting, produce reports on weekly and monthly basis
-create and coordinate internal reviews
-vendor management, (we work with 3 staffing vendors) sometimes there's issues, help with communication and coordination

• 4+ years experience in PMO
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding resources
•Coordinate with CWS and Staffing vendors to recruit agents
•Manages attendance tracking and occurrence tracker
•Assist PM to manage contract and staffing
•Responsible for daily and weekly status reporting
•Responsible to run monthly SLA compliance report and its timely submission to clients
•Maintain Incident and Defect tracking processes and provide reporting
•Coordinate with Technology teams and Client Help Desk to pursue resolution of access issues
•Facilitate discussions for system enhancements and coordinate with Technology teams to ensure progress is made
•Maintain RAID and bring timely closure to Risks and Issues
