What you will do

• Prior welding experience preferred, but not required.
• Operates metal fabrication equipment.
• Makes shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aids, and blocks to facilitate machine operations.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to work extended workweek including weekends.
• Willingness to follow all safety rules. Adhere to policies and procedures established by Stryker Medical.
• Able to clearly follow tasks to build product and use detailed guidelines to aid in decision making.
• Capability to meet production goals with a desire to exceed them.
• Reliable and dependable- by being on-time for scheduled shifts, meetings and trainings.
• Manufacturing experience is not required however preferred.
• There are opportunities for various levels of Fabricator some of which require additional training and certification, including welding/machine experience (Example: Fabricator I, Fabricator II, Fabricator III)
